I created The Turning Tides Project because I was frustrated by the lack of practical support available for carers.

Too often, the information was limited, difficult to find or simply didn't provide the practical guidance I was looking for. I wanted real, honest and practical guidance from someone who understood what I was thinking, feeling and experiencing.

People can empathise with carers, and that's important. But unless you've lived it yourself, it's difficult to truly understand how caring can gradually affect every part of your life.

That's why I created The Turning Tides Project.

Everything I create has one purpose: to help carers reclaim more of their own lives while continuing to care for someone they love.

My hope is that everything I create helps you reclaim more of yourself, one practical step at a time.
